End of Summer Fun!

Damon had a business trip to California planned so we thought we'd make a family vacation out of it. So we drove12 hours for a day and a half of fun just to turn around and drive 12 hours back!! Most people would think we were crazy to do this as a couple but to do it with a 1 and 4 yr old was just dumb!! It may have been a crazy thought but the kids did great until we were about 3 hours form home when we had a tire pressure light come on, Ledge had a blowout which resulted in us just leaving his clothes on the side of the road, and to finish it off just as we got off the exit for home Cali screams "MOM I'M GONNA THROW UP!" Yep that's how it ended with me looking back to see her with a bucket throwing up! Did I mention she forgot to take the lid off the bucket! needless to say we were glad to be home. but as I looked at these pics and the memories we made IT WAS TOTALLY WORTH IT!
